Chores & more was created in 2018. I noticed that people struggled to find a service that would take care of ‘small jobs’. While I still take on smaller projects, my experience has grown to encompass a wide range of major and minor home repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement tasks. Whether it’s replacing rotten trim or a full remodel, I can take care of many challenges that come with being a homeowner or business owner.
Designing and building custom furniture. Growing up, I was involved in my family’s furniture-making business, where we specialized in rustic and handcrafted furniture. While it may not have been my passion as a teenager, I now have a strong appreciation for the skills I acquired during that time. For a period, I focused on using recycled material to create functional art and furniture. The process of repurposing storied items into a contemporary piece is fulfilling from discovery to execution. Additionally, I enjoy giving vintage furniture a modern makeover that retains its timeless charm. My interest currently is to build furniture inspired by mid-century modern design.
